Delete your account & data

This page explains how to delete your DoomBlock account and the data associated with it. It applies to the DoomBlock app published by Bros Dolz LLC.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open DoomBlock and go to Settings.
  2. Tap your account (the email row) to open the Account page.
  3. Tap Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
What gets deleted: your account and your cloud backup — your email/login, streak record, saved settings, and block-list configuration — are permanently removed from our systems. The app on your device is also reset to a fresh install. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer open the app, email support@brosdolz.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify ownership and permanently delete your account and cloud backup within 30 days.

Data retention

Once deleted, account data is not retained. Anonymous, aggregated data that cannot identify you (and standard advertising data held by Google AdMob under its own policy) may persist independently of your account.
